Executive Job details • Proposed designation Executive – Talent Acquisition • Role type Individual Contributor • Reporting to Manager • Geo to be supported Corporate • Work timings 10 AM to 6 PM Project Delivery • Manage e2e hiring for the business and specified workload. • Deep understanding of domain/functional/technical skills relevant to the Business • Good understanding of market/competitor mapping capabilities. • Adherence to the recruitment/HR//Risk as per defined process with accuracy & timeliness of data capturing . • Deliver on the hiring requirements as per agreed SLAs, with focus on agreed source mix Practice Management • Active stakeholder management and the ability to build strong relationships • Adherence to process compliance and ensure accuracy and timeliness of data management • Effective communication on hiring status and timely responsiveness to Business queries • Effective Candidate management Educational qualifications B .A / B.com /B.Tech / B.E / MBA Experience Level Executive Level
