Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities:

· End-to-End Recruitment Focus

· Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing to onboarding – with minimal operational tasks.

· Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, AI-based platforms, referrals, and networking.

· Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate fit. Client & Hiring Team Collaboration

· Coordinate with internal hiring teams and external clients to understand role requirements and hiring expectations.

· Act as a point of contact for all candidate communications and updates throughout the process. Interview Coordination & Timely Follow-Ups

· Schedule and manage interviews with clients and hiring managers.

· Ensure timely feedback collection and keep candidates engaged through consistent follow-up. Target-Driven Recruitment

· Work towards defined hiring targets and timelines for various clients and roles.

· Prioritize high-volume hiring projects while maintaining candidate quality. Tech-Enabled Sourcing & Screening

· Leverage AI tools and digital platforms for efficient candidate matching and shortlisting.

· Maintain accurate records in ATS or recruitment tracking tools. Team Collaboration & Client Support Collaborate with internal team members to share updates, pipeline status, and best practices. Support client hiring needs by aligning suitable talent and ensuring smooth onboarding. Must-Haves: Comfortable working with targets and timelines.

· Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

· Willingness to learn and grow in a recruitment-focused role.

Eligibility:

· Freshers are welcome to apply with a strong interest in recruitment.

· Candidates with up to 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment will be preferred.
