📢 HIRING – SUPERVISOR | WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT & RECRUITMENT

📍 Location: Ludhiana, Punjab

👤 Position: Supervisor – Workforce Management & Recruitment
🏭 Employment Type: Full-Time

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the blue-collar workforce at the site/location.

• Handle blue-collar recruitment, screening, onboarding and joining of workers.

• Maintain attendance, manpower deployment, shift allocation and workforce records.

• Track absenteeism, attrition, replacements and daily manpower availability.

• Ensure timely fulfilment of manpower requirements as per operational needs.

• Coordinate with site/operations teams regarding workforce deployment and requirements.

• Handle worker queries, basic grievance resolution and day-to-day workforce coordination.

• Prepare regular manpower and attendance reports for management.

• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

🔹 Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in workforce management, manpower coordination, blue-collar recruitment or similar roles.

• Good understanding of blue-collar hiring and workforce handling.

• Strong coordination and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple workers and recruitment requirements simultaneously.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / attendance and manpower reporting.

• Candidates with experience in staffing, manpower agencies, manufacturing, warehouse, logistics or industrial workforce management will be preferred.
