Sr HR Executive

Job Purpose

The Factory Sr. HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resource activities at the manufacturing facility, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, training, and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

· Recruitment & Onboarding for Blue collar

· Coordinate manpower planning with Production for Worker & Driver/ Skill Operator

· Source, screen, and schedule interviews for shop-floor

· Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.

· Maintain employee records and documentation.

· Attendance & Payroll

· Monitor daily attendance, leave, and shift schedules.

· Verify overtime and attendance reports.

· Coordinate payroll inputs with the payroll team.

· Resolve employee attendance and payroll-related issues.

· Employee Relations

· Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.

· Promote positive employee engagement activities.

· Support communication between management and workers.

· Conduct exit interviews and clearance procedures at factory level

· Statutory Compliance

· Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws.

· Maintain statutory registers and records.

· Coordinate inspections and audits.

· Support compliance related to PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, and other statutory requirements (as applicable).

· Performance & Training

· Assist in performance appraisal processes.

· Identify training needs.

· Coordinate skill development and safety training programs.

· Maintain training records.

· Administration

· Maintain HR MIS and employee database.

· Prepare monthly HR reports.

· Support audits and ISO documentation (if applicable).

· Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and canteen teams as required in absence of admin

· Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· Timely hiring and onboarding for Blue collor

· Employee retention.

· Attendance accuracy.

· Payroll data accuracy.

· Compliance with labor regulations.

· Employee engagement initiatives.

· Training completion rates.

· Reduction in employee grievances.
