About the Role

Eternal HR Services is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Staffing Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing activities. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring successful candidate closures and joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and prepare clear job descriptions.

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job specifications.

• Conduct initial telephonic/HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.

• Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and hiring managers.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.

• Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining timelines with selected candidates.

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining.

• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily MIS reports.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

• Work on multiple positions simultaneously while meeting recruitment deadlines.

• Develop and maintain good relationships with candidates and clients.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

• Support bulk hiring and urgent staffing requirements when required.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.

• 2–3 years of experience in Recruitment / Staffing / Talent Acquisition.

• Experience in agency recruitment or staffing consultancy will be preferred.

• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment databases.

• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Good negotiation, follow-up, and coordination skills.

• Ability to handle multiple requirements and work under pressure.

• Target-oriented and proactive approach.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment MIS.

• Joining conversion ratio.

• Time to hire.

• Offer-to-joining ratio.
