✔ End-to-end recruitment cycle management
✔ Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
✔ Coordination with hiring managers
✔ Strong follow-up and closure skills
✔ Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously

✔ Proven track record in closing positions
✔ Experience in consultancy or BPO hiring preferred
