The team includes workstreams like, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Mobility, Compensation and benefit and enabling functions like HR systems, Operations, People Data Reporting and Analytics. They also leverage our global strength and scalability to drive HR-related technology, projects and processes that allow EY to deliver against the changing requirements to enable success. Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence Proven expertise in leading recruitment delivery across technology hiring mandates with strong ownership of end-to-end talent attraction and acquisition processes. Demonstrated ability to build and execute talent strategies aligned to business priorities, workforce needs, and hiring timelines. Strong experience in stakeholder management across business and HR partners, ensuring effective alignment on hiring goals and priorities. Skilled in metrics management, using recruitment data and dashboards to track funnel health, delivery progress, and hiring outcomes. Capable of managing and guiding recruitment teams to drive efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Skills and attributes To qualify for the role you must have Qualification Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science Bachelor of Business Administration Bachelor of Computer Applications Master of Commerce Master of Business Administration Master of Computer Applications Experience Recruitment Leader 17+ years What we look for People with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements.
