Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, experience in hiring for multiple positions, and the ability to identify and attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.

• Ensure timely closure of open positions and meet recruitment targets.

• Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.

• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and talent sourcing.

• Experience working with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously.

• Strong candidate assessment and follow-up skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3–6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment independently.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
