Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Outreach: Identify and attract talent through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and referrals.
Hiring Manager Collaboration:
Meet with managers to define candidate requirements and understand staffing needs.
Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes and conduct phone or video interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
Process Management: Coordinate interview logistics, manage the applicant tracking system (ATS), and update records.
Offer & Onboarding: Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
