Position Overview:

The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting a wide range of human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and general HR administration. This position is open to female candidates only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases

• Administer attendance, leave, and payroll coordination

• Ensure adherence to statutory compliance and internal HR policies

• Facilitate performance appraisal processes and employee engagement initiatives

• Coordinate employee training and development programs

• Provide administrative support and assist in daily HR operations

🔹 Requirements:

· Education: Diploma in DBM/IPM, MSW, or a full-time MBA from a recognized institution

· Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within a reputed organization

· Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

· Communication skills: Proficient in both Hindi and English (verbal and written)

· Knowledge Base: Comprehensive understanding of core HR functions, labor laws, and industry best practices.

Compensation:

The salary will be competitive and commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and performance during the interview (There will be no scope for negotiation for the right candidate).
