Experience Required: 4–6 Years
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent

Job Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR professional who can handle Recruitment, Performance Management, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, and Compliance activities smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and campus drives.

• Conduct interviews, coordinate hiring, salary negotiation, and onboarding.

Performance Management (PMS)

• Manage goal setting, appraisals, and performance review processes.

• Support managers in employee performance evaluation and feedback discussions.

• Ensure PMS aligns with company goals and employee development.

HR Operations

• Manage onboarding, induction, attendance, transfers, and exit formalities.

• Maintain employee records and HRMIS data.

• Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance team.

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, and labor laws.

Employee Engagement & Relations

• Organize employee engagement activities and welfare programs.

• Conduct training sessions and workshops.

• Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.

Compliance & HR Policies

• Ensure implementation of company HR policies and labor law compliance.

• Support HR audits and prepare compliance reports.

• Update HR policies as per industry standards.

Required Skills

• Strong Recruitment & Talent Acquisition skills

• Experience in PMS and Employee Performance Management

• Knowledge of HR Operations and Statutory Compliance

• Good understanding of PF, ESIC, Labor Laws & Payroll Coordination

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

• Ability to multitask and work independently

• HRMS/HRMIS knowledge preferred
