Position: Senior Recruiter – Import & Export Operations

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our Import & Export operations across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to overseas hiring and industry-specific recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Import & Export divisions

• Handle hiring for Pharma, Home Appliances, Solar, Cosmetics, Perfumes, and FMCG sectors

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and headhunting

• Screen, shortlist, and conduct interviews

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and hiring managers

• Manage overseas recruitment requirements and documentation support

• Travel internationally as per business requirements
  

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter (Export / Overseas hiring preferred)

• Strong industry knowledge of Pharma, FMCG, Cosmetics, Solar & Home Appliance sectors

• Experience in bulk hiring as well as strategic hiring

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills

• Willingness to travel internationally when required
