Senior HR Executive

About the Role
We are looking for an HR Operations professional to support our Employee Experience / kitchen operations in Hyderabad. This is a field-oriented HR role where the person will regularly travel within the city and visit different kitchens to manage HR operations and employee-related activities.

What You’ll Do

• Handle day-to-day HR Operations activities across multiple kitchens in Hyderabad.

• Regularly travel from kitchen to kitchen to support employees and business teams.

• Act as the HR point of contact for employees at assigned locations.

• Support employee-related operational activities and resolve HR queries.

• Coordinate with kitchen managers and operations teams on HR requirements.

• Support employee lifecycle activities across the assigned kitchens.

• Ensure HR processes and documentation are completed accurately and on time.

• Identify employee-related issues at the ground level and coordinate with relevant HR teams for resolution.

• Maintain regular communication with kitchen and operations stakeholders.

Who You Are

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist / Field HR.

• Experience handling blue-collar / frontline employees would be preferred.

• Strong stakeholder and employee management skills.

• Comfortable working in a field-based HR environment.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Strong ownership and ability to independently manage multiple locations.
  

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
