Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end hiring for factory roles.
Conduct orientation and induction programs for new employees.
Employee Relations
Act as a bridge between management and workers.
Address grievances, resolve conflicts, and maintain industrial harmony.
Compliance & Legal
Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Maintain records related to PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory benefits.
Training & Development
Identify skill gaps and organize training programs.
Promote continuous learning and career development.
Performance Management
Implement appraisal systems and monitor employee performance.
Support supervisors in setting clear KPIs for factory staff.
Health, Safety & Welfare
Drive safety initiatives and compliance with occupational health standards.
Oversee welfare activities like canteen, transport, and medical facilities.
HR Operations
Manage payroll, attendance, and shift scheduling.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing/industrial setup.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance frameworks.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage large workforce operations and union relations.
