📌 Experience2–4 Years of relevant experience in:
Stock Market / Financial Services
Investment or Advisory Firms
Sales and Recruitment
HR / Talent Acquisition in financial-sector organizations

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Source and hire suitable candidates for sales, financial advisory, and support roles.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and HR coordination.
Manage employee engagement, attendance, and day-to-day HR activities.
Coordinate with management for manpower planning and recruitment requirements.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support performance management and employee retention initiatives.
Ensure smooth HR operations and a professional workplace environment.

⏰ Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
1st Saturday: Off
2nd, 3rd amp; 4th Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sunday: Off

💰 SalarySalary will be based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
