Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies.
• Handle recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Manage employee relations and performance management.
• Support organizational development and people strategy.
• Ensure HR compliance and provide strategic HR guidance.
• Work with clients on HR projects and ongoing HR support.

Eligibility:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in HR or HR Consulting.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
