Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment . The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across Tele-sales, marketing, and support functions.
Recruitment & Hiring
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
Schedule interviews with department heads and management.
Coordinate and manage the complete hiring process.
Negotiate salary packages and issue offer letters.
Employee Onboarding
Complete joining formalities and documentation.
Maintain employee records and databases.
Coordinate induction and orientation programs.
HR Operations
Maintain attendance and employee records.
Support employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
Assist management in workforce planning and staffing requirements.
