Job description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in hiring for Interior
Design and Architecture roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience
sourcing, screening, and closing candidates such as Interior Designers, Architects, 3D
Visualizers, and related profiles.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Interior Design and Architecture roles
Understand job requirements from hiring managers and create effective sourcing
strategies
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and portfolios to assess design skills, software expertise (e.g.,
AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit), and project experience
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews with design teams
Evaluate candidate fit based on creativity, technical knowledge, and cultural
alignment
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs
Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding processes
Maintain recruitment data, reports, and ATS updates
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, specifically in Interior Design /
Architecture hiring
Strong understanding of design roles, terminology, and industry trends
Experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
