Senior HR Executive

Role Overview

Hospertz India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Senior HR Manager who will primarily

focus on Talent Acquisition (80%) and support HR Operations (20%). The candidate will play a key role in building a strong workforce by managing recruitment activities and ensuring smooth HR processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – 80%

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and

• onboarding candidates.

• Understand manpower requirements by coordinating with department heads.

• Post job openings on job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.

• Shortlist candidates and schedule interviews with the management team.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

• Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

• Coordinate offer letters, salary negotiations, and candidate follow-ups.

• Ensure timely closure of open positions.

HR Operations – 20%

• Manage employee onboarding and documentation.

• Maintain employee records and HR databases.

• Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee files.

• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.

• Support employee engagement activities and HR administration tasks.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of HR processes and documentation.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidate with 3–6 years of HR experience with major focus on recruitment.

• Experience in bulk hiring or multi-position hiring will be an advantage.

• Self-driven and capable of handling recruitment independently.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 3 - 6 years of experience.
