Job Description:
Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Coordinate recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and selection.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate offer letters, appointment letters, background verification, and other joining-related documentation.
Ensure smooth onboarding and provide support to new employees throughout the joining process.
Handle employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
Requirements:
Prior experience in HR operations, particularly employee onboarding, is preferred.
Good knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes.
