Job Title: Senior HR Executive – Bulk Hiring (Domestic BPO)
Location: Surat – Kapodra
Experience: 2–5 Years (Domestic BPO)
Job Description:
We are hiring a Senior HR Executive for end-to-end recruitment with exposure to basic HR operations. The role will primarily focus on bulk hiring for Domestic BPO, along with limited HR operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for Domestic BPO (Bulk Hiring)
Sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, and walk-ins
Screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate closures
Offer rollouts, follow-ups, and joining closures
Achieving bulk hiring targets within timelines
HR operations (approx. 20%) including:
Exit formalities
Employee documentation
Joining & exit records maintenance
Maintaining recruitment & HR MIS
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Domestic BPO bulk hiring
Strong recruitment and coordination skills
Basic HR operations knowledge
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary: As per experience & industry standards
