📢 Hiring: HR Executive – In-House Recruitment

Position: HR Executive

Experience: 3–4 Years

Location: Himayatnagar, Hyderabad

Department: Human Resources

Job Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end in-house recruitment for various positions.

Recruit Store Managers, Sales Staff, Production Staff, and other employees.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.

Manage interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups.

Note : need if possible from food industry

Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.

Coordinate the joining and onboarding process.

Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

Ensure positions are filled within the required timelines.

Requirements:

3–4 years of relevant HR/Recruitment experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in retail, sales, or production recruitment will be an advantage.

Good candidate sourcing and screening skills.

Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
