📌 HR Generalist – Real Estate/Manufacturing Sector
📍 Location: Surat (Sayan – Hazira Road)
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

We are looking for an HR Generalist with 3–6 years of experience to manage end‑to‑end HR operations for a mid‑sized organisation (~200 employees).

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & onboarding support
Employee engagement & retention activities
HR documentation & policy implementation
Attendance, payroll coordination & leave management
Handling employee relations & workplace concerns
Ensuring compliance with labour laws

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR/Business Administration
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HRMS/HR software preferred
