Position – Senior Recruiter (Blue Collar)

Company Name - Buzzworks Business Services Pvt Ltd.)

We are currently looking for an experienced Recruiter specializing in bulk/mass hiring for Gulf/overseas positions.

Job Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Experience: 4–6 years in recruitment (Gulf hiring preferred)

Salary: Negotiable (attractive hike on current package)

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in blue & grey collar recruitment

• Proven track record in bulk/mass hiring for overseas (Gulf) roles

• Well-connected with a robust agent/sourcing partner network

• Hands-on experience in sourcing candidates across multiple trades/categories from various states in India

• Good understanding of Gulf recruitment processes

• Willingness to travel extensively across PAN India with clients/delegates

Note : Candidates without portal knowledge may still be considered if they have strong experience in Gulf hiring through agent networks.
