Job Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Identify and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
Understand client requirements and source candidates accordingly.
Negotiate salaries, coordinate offers, and follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Guide and support junior recruiters in achieving recruitment targets.
Monitor recruitment performance and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.
Good knowledge of MS Office and recruitment portals.
Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
