The Senior Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and performance management. The role ensures effective HR operations aligned with organizational goals and a positive work culture.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
Handle end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning
Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave, and full & final settlements
Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.)
Manage performance appraisal and increment processes
Support training and development initiatives
Maintain employee records, HRMIS, and HR reports
Manage onboarding, induction, and exit formalities
Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making ability
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
