Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.

Maintain employee records, HRMS, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and HR MIS reports.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, statutory requirements, and maintain all HR & administrative records.

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, performance appraisals, confirmations, exits, full & final settlements, and employee engagement activities.

Coordinate employee training, development programs, and welfare initiatives.

Oversee day-to-day office administration, including housekeeping, security, facility management, and office maintenance.

Manage office assets, stationery, inventory, and ensure proper utilization of company resources.

Coordinate with vendors for office services, maintenance, AMCs, and manage service contracts.

Arrange travel, accommodation, meetings, events, and provide administrative support to management.

Monitor administrative budgets, office expenses, and ensure smooth functioning of office operations.

Coordinate repairs and maintenance of office equipment and infrastructure.

Support management with policy implementation, process improvements, and organizational development initiatives.
