About the role This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate employee data management, seamless onboarding and offboarding, and efficient absence administration within HR systems. Your responsibilities Manage the complete employee lifecycle (Hire to Retire) from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring accurate employee data management and seamless HR operations across HR systems. Coordinate onboarding activities, including employee record creation, documentation, system updates, and support for new hire integration. Administer employee lifecycle changes such as transfers, promotions, organizational updates, contract modifications, and employee data maintenance. Manage absence and leave administration, including leave requests, sick leave, vacation tracking, holiday calendar updates, and work schedule maintenance. Execute offboarding processes by initiating employee separations, updating HR systems, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth employee exits. Ensure compliance with company policies, local labor regulations, data privacy requirements, and confidentiality standards throughout the employee lifecycle. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Managers, and cross-functional teams to resolve employee data discrepancies and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Handle employee and management queries while driving process improvements, HR system enhancements, and continuous optimization of people operations processes The experience we're looking for Bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized university or relevant professional qualifications. • 5 +years of experience in HR data management or a related role, preferably in a shared services environment. Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Good knowledge of HR Systems such as Success Factor, ServiceNow, and HRIS is an added advantage. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
