Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Screening Executive to evaluate and maintain records of housekeeping Experts (maids). The candidate will be responsible for screening, documentation, and maintaining accurate reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure and record Height, Weight, and BMI of staff

• Evaluate Grooming Standards and overall presentation

• Assess Communication Skills and Speaking Ability

• Collect and verify Nominee Details, ID Proofs, and Contact Information

• Maintain accurate records and update data in the system

• Prepare and manage screening reports on a regular basis

• Ensure all data is properly documented and organized

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Computer Operations

• Good Typing Skills

• Attention to detail and observation skills

• Good communication skills

• Ability to handle documentation and reporting

Eligibility:

• Any Graduate / Intermediate

• Relevant experience can apply

• Immediate joiners preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in screening / verification / data entry roles

• Basic understanding of health parameters (BMI, etc.)

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
