Interview Mode – 1st Round Zoom & 2nd Round Zoom

Shift time – 6:30 pm – 3:30 AM ( Monday – Friday )

Key Responsibilities:

• Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, H4 EAD, etc.) to Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.

• Source contract requirements through job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other networking platforms.

• Submit consultant profiles to suitable requirements and follow up with vendors and clients.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate between consultants, vendors, and clients.

• Negotiate pay rates and contract terms with vendors and clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners.

• Track consultant availability, submissions, interviews, placements, and project end dates.

• Maintain accurate records and daily activity reports in ATS, CRM, or Excel.

• Ensure timely placement of consultants while meeting monthly revenue and placement targets.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
