Job Title: Telesales Recruiter – Home Loan

Company: Finvest Fortune

Job Responsibilities:

Hire Telesales Executives for the Home Loan team.
Search and shortlist candidates from job portals and other sources.
Conduct telephonic interviews and assess candidates' communication skills.
Schedule interviews with the hiring team.
Ensure positions are filled within the given timelines.
Coordinate with selected candidates for joining and onboarding.

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in Sales or Telesales recruitment will be preferred.
Basic knowledge of Home Loan or BFSI recruitment is an added advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
