We are looking for an experienced Freelance Recruiter to support our hiring needs on a project or commission basis. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing quality candidates, and closing positions within defined timelines.
Understand job requirements and hiring priorities from the client/company
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
Screen profiles and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Follow up with candidates and stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
Support offer rollout, negotiation, and joining formalities
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
Proven experience as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition (freelance or full-time)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines
Experience hiring Architects / Designers / Technical / Corporate roles is a plus
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tracking tools preferred
