Recruitment Specialist

Recruiter As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving the recruitment and selection process for our Banking clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top talent to meet our clients' needs. You will collaborate closely with our Business Delivery team to understand their requirements and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions. Source, screen, and interview candidates for various Banking roles, ensuring a diverse and qualified talent pool. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, utilizing various channels and platforms to attract the best talent. Conduct thorough candidate assessments, evaluating skills, experience, and cultural fit for our clients' organizations. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial screening to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to identify emerging talent pools and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly. Collaborate with the Business Delivery team to align recruitment efforts with business objectives and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on recruitment activities, including metrics and key performance indicators. Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive and professional image of the organization. Continuously seek opportunities to improve recruitment processes, enhance efficiency, and drive innovation. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the Banking industry or a staffing agency. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and a proven track record of successful placements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates. Proficiency in using various recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms for sourcing and engagement. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed recruitment decisions. Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and market dynamics. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
