What You’ll Do on a Typical Day Own the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles (typically less complex, below M3) Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored hiring strategies. Source, engage, and assess both active and passive candidates through diverse channels. Conduct structured interviews, ensuring fair and consistent evaluation practices. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring recommendations. Ensure a strong candidate experience by managing communication and feedback throughout the process. Partner with TA leadership on projects such as employer branding, diversity hiring, or process improvements. Negotiate offers and close candidates Provide data-driven updates on hiring progress Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and tools to effectively source passive candidates and build a robust pipeline for future business requirements What We’re Looking For At least 4+ years recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment Experience balancing a high-volume req load would be added advantage Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) Proven record of success in filling roles, hitting goals and meeting deadlines Experience in managing recruitment in EMEA or APAC (Outside of India) would be preferred Flexible to work from the office atleast once a month Location Bangalore, India The #TeamGBT Experience Work and life: Find your happy medium at Amex GBT.
