Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for Gulf countries such as Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar and Oman.
Source candidates through job portals, databases, references and other recruitment channels.
Contact and brief candidates about job roles, requirements, salary and other employment details.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements and job specifications.
Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and follow up on the selection process.
Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assist with documentation, data entry and email communication.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
Requirements
Previous experience in recruitment or manpower recruitment is preferred.
Experience in Gulf recruitment will be an added advantage.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Email.
Good candidate-handling, follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
