Role Objective
We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Recruitment Consultant to spearhead our US IT recruitment operations. This dual-impact role requires a professional who can seamlessly bridge the gap between Bench Sales (Candidate Acquisition) and Strategic Marketing (Candidate Placement). The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring high placement success rates and sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Bench Sales & Candidate Acquisition
Identify, source, and onboard high-quality IT consultants through diversified channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
Conduct rigorous initial screenings and technical assessments to ensure candidates align with the specific requirements of our US-based clients.
Manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of bench candidates ready for immediate project deployment.
Lead compensation negotiations and finalize employment agreements to align with organizational profit margins.
2. Profile Marketing & Market Positioning
Develop and execute comprehensive "Profile Marketing" strategies to position consultants with Tier-1 vendors, Prime Vendors, and Direct Clients in the US.
Optimize consultant professional summaries and resumes to emphasize core technical competencies and domain expertise.
Cultivate and expand a strategic network of vendor contacts to maximize the market visibility of our bench candidates.
Coordinate the full interview lifecycle, providing candidates with detailed briefings and constructive feedback to drive placement success.
3. Operational Excellence & Compliance
Maintain meticulous records of recruitment activities, candidate interactions, and placement statuses within internal CRM systems.
Ensure all recruitment and onboarding processes strictly adhere to US labor laws and internal company policies.
Collaborate closely with leadership to meet and exceed monthly placement targets and revenue goals.
