Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates
Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and joining
Maintain and update candidate database
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Target:
Monthly target: 30 candidates on payroll
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline
6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience preferred (Freshers can apply)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Skills Required:
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Good negotiation and convincing ability
Time management and multitasking
Basic knowledge of MS Office
