Core Responsibilities
Search and identify driver candidates through personal contacts, referrals, and other sources.
Ensure candidates meet company requirements (as per PaxCabs driver eligibility criteria).
Conduct initial screening and verify documents.
Manage the complete onboarding process, including orientation, compliance checks, and agreement signing.
Support drivers during joining to ensure smooth integration into PaxCabs operations.
Candidate Requirements
Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Pursuing Graduation or skills in relevant field.
Young, energetic, and motivated individuals with strong communication skills.
Ability to network and build contacts for driver recruitment.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation.
Willingness to take ownership of onboarding tasks and deliver results.
