KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Requirement Understanding
Review client job descriptions and hiring requirements thoroughly.
Understand mandatory skills, experience requirements, qualifications, location preferences, notice periods, and budget constraints.
Coordinate with recruiters and hiring teams to clarify requirement-related queries.
Maintain updated records of active client requirements.
Candidate Profile Review & Quality Check
Review candidate profiles submitted by internal recruiters before client submission.
Verify profile quality, resume formatting, candidate information accuracy, and completeness.
Ensure submitted profiles align with client requirements and hiring expectations.
Identify profile mismatches and provide feedback to recruiters for corrections.
Maintain quality standards across all candidate submissions.
Resume Screening & JD Matching
Analyze candidate resumes against client job descriptions.
Evaluate skills, experience, certifications, domain expertise, and overall suitability.
Ensure candidates meet mandatory requirement criteria before submission.
Shortlist qualified profiles for client consideration.
Maintain consistency in candidate evaluation standards.
Candidate Submission Management
Prepare and submit shortlisted profiles to designated internal stakeholders or client-facing teams.
Ensure timely submission of profiles within client-defined turnaround times.
Track profile submissions and maintain submission records.
Monitor candidate progress through various recruitment stages.
Ensure proper documentation for every candidate submission.
Recruitment Coordination
Coordinate between recruiters, account managers, hiring managers, and clients.
Assist in scheduling interviews and managing interview logistics.
Track interview schedules, feedback, and candidate movement across stages.
Follow up with stakeholders for pending feedback and updates.
Ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
Recruitment Operations & Reporting
Maintain recruitment trackers, submission reports, and hiring dashboards.
Update candidate statuses across recruitment systems and trackers.
Monitor recruitment metrics such as submissions, shortlist ratios, interview conversions, and closures.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports for management.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of recruitment data.
Process Compliance & Documentation
Maintain recruitment documentation and candidate records.
Ensure adherence to client submission guidelines and internal recruitment processes.
Support process improvement initiatives within recruitment operations.
Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information.
