🔎 Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in IT and Non-IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, primarily for IT roles.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions
Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews
Coordinating with hiring managers and candidates
Managing interview scheduling and follow-ups
Maintaining recruitment trackers and databases

✅ Required Skills:

Good understanding of IT roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, etc.)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
