Job Title: HR Team Leader (Recruitment)

Job Description:

We are hiring an HR Team Leader to manage the recruitment team and ensure monthly hiring targets are achieved.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of HR recruiters
Monitor daily hiring performance and team productivity
Plan recruitment strategies to achieve hiring targets
Coordinate with management for manpower requirements
Maintain recruitment MIS and performance reports
Support team in closing critical positions

Requirements:

Graduate in any field
2–5 years experience in recruitment
Team handling experience preferred
Good leadership and communication skills
