1. Sourcing Candidates

Use job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine)

Search databases and internal talent pools

Post job openings and attract applicants

2. Screening & Shortlisting

Review resumes based on job requirements

Conduct initial HR screening calls

Assess skills, experience, salary expectations

3. Coordination

Schedule interviews between candidates and clients

Follow up with both sides for feedback

Ensure smooth hiring process

4. Client Understanding

Understand job descriptions shared by clients

Clarify requirements like skills, experience, budget

5. Candidate Management

Maintain candidate database

Build relationships with candidates for future roles

6. Offer & Closure

Help in salary negotiation

Ensure candidate joins successfully

Handle offer rollout coordination

🔹 Key Skills Required

Good communication & interpersonal skills

Negotiation skills

Time management & multitasking

Basic understanding of different industries (depending on company focus)

Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)

🔹 Daily Activities

Calling candidates

Screening resumes

Coordinating interviews

Following up with clients & candidates

Updating trackers and reports
