Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer closure.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment MIS, and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
