We are looking for a Naukri Profile & IT Recruitment Specialist who has good knowledge of Naukri and IT technology skills. The candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining professional Naukri profiles, understanding candidate resumes, identifying relevant technical skills, and preparing profiles according to specific IT job requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Create and maintain professional Naukri profiles for IT candidates.
* Understand candidate resumes and identify relevant technical skills and experience.
* Prepare Naukri profile headlines, profile summaries, key skills, job profiles, and project descriptions.
* Understand technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, DevOps, React, Angular, SAP, Testing, Data Engineering, etc.
* Match candidate experience and skills with appropriate job roles.
* Optimize Naukri profiles using relevant keywords to improve recruiter visibility.
* Review resumes and identify missing or important technical skills.
* Prepare candidate profiles based on different IT job descriptions.
* Maintain accuracy and consistency across candidate profiles.
* Coordinate with recruiters or hiring teams when additional candidate information is required.
**Required Skills**
* Good knowledge of Naukri.com and profile creation.
* Good understanding of IT technologies and job roles.
* Strong resume/profile writing skills.
* Good knowledge of technical terminology.
* Ability to understand Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Testing, SAP, Data, and other IT technologies.
* Good English communication and writing skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work with multiple candidate profiles.
**Preferred Candidate**
The ideal candidate should have experience in **Naukri profile creation, IT recruitment, resume screening, or candidate profile management**. Candidates who understand different IT technologies and can convert resume information into a professional Naukri profile will be preferred.
