Job Title: FOS – Field Recruiter

About the Role
We are looking for a Field Recruiter (FOS) who will be responsible for hiring and onboarding delivery partners/riders for Delhivery. The person will work closely with critical delivery centers and support the operations team in maintaining the required rider capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Hire Delivery Partners / Delivery Boys (Riders) through field recruitment activities.
Call prospective candidates and leads to explain the opportunity and motivate them to join.
Conduct field visits to identify and engage potential riders.
Visit critical/stressed delivery centers regularly and support rider hiring requirements.
Connect with existing riders to understand their concerns and help reduce attrition.
Coordinate with DC teams and operations for daily/weekly hiring requirements.
Follow up with candidates from lead generation until joining and onboarding.
Build and maintain a local database of potential riders and hiring sources.
Work with local shops, vendors, references and other sources to generate rider leads.
Track hiring, joining and onboarding numbers and share regular updates with the operations team.
Key Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with field work and frequent travel.
Experience in recruitment, rider hiring, field sales, telecalling or delivery operations will be preferred.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to work with targets and deliver results within timelines.
Local market knowledge and a strong network of candidates will be an advantage.

We are looking for someone who is energetic, target-oriented and comfortable interacting with people on the ground, with a strong focus on hiring riders and supporting critical delivery centers.
