Key Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and internal databases

Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication

Maintain hiring trackers and recruitment workflows

Support clients and recruiters in closing positions within timelines

Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements

0–2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience

Strong communication and coordination skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with hiring platforms and recruitment tools is preferred
