Job Overview
Astra Source is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Recruitment Associates to join our team. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial calls, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates for domestic and international job openings.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
Contact candidates and conduct initial telephonic screenings.
Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, selection, and joining.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Work closely with the recruitment team to meet hiring targets.
Requirements
Any graduate; an MBA in HR is an added advantage.
Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and job portals.
Good coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.
Willingness to learn and work towards recruitment targets.
