Role Overview

We are hiring an Office Recruiter for bulk hiring in FMCG & Field Sales roles for 3rd party payroll clients. This is a non-IT recruitment role based out of our Gurugram office.

Key Responsibilities

- Bulk Hiring: End-to-end recruitment for Field Sales, Retail, roles in high volumes

- Sourcing: Source candidates via Naukri, Indeed, Apna, Shine, social media, referrals, and database

- Screening: Telephonic screening, initial interviews, and shortlist coordination with clients

- Coordination: Liaise with clients for feedback, offer rollout, documentation & joining

- MIS & Reporting: Maintain daily trackers, share hiring status, meet TAT and monthly targets

Requirements

- Experience: 1–4 years in bulk/volume hiring for Safe , Helper, kitechn stff profiles

- Skills: Strong sourcing skills, good communication in Hindi & English, target oriented

- Qualification: Graduate in any stream

- Other: Prior experience in staffing/3rd party payroll industry preferred

2. Job Description: Field Recruiter

Work Days: 6 days working, Sunday off

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month, Negotiable + Travel Allowances

Role Overview

Hiring Field Recruiters to drive on-ground bulk hiring of kitchen & Helper. You’ll be responsible for mobilizing blue-collar workforce in your assigned city.

Key Responsibilities

- On-Ground Hiring: Conduct mobilization drives, job fairs, and local sourcing for Picker/Packer roles

- Candidate Walk-ins: Manage daily walk-ins at hubs, do document verification and initial screening

- Vendor/Tie-ups: Build connections with local vendors, contractors, and training centers for sourcing

- Coordination: Coordinate with Blinkit/Flipkart warehouses for interviews and joining

- Targets: Meet daily/weekly joining targets set for the city

Requirements

- Experience: 6 months – 3 years in field recruitment, blue-collar hiring, or staffing

- Skills: Strong local connect, street-smart, comfortable with field work & travel within city

- Language: Fluency in local language + working Hindi

- Qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate

- Other: Bike + DL preferred for local travel
