We are expanding our recruitment team and looking for ambitious HR Recruiters who want to grow their career in the recruitment industry.

Role Overview

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and ensuring successful placements for client companies.

This role requires high energy, strong communication, and the ability to work in a target-driven recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct telephonic screening and initial interviews
• Schedule interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database
• Regular follow-ups with candidates for interview and joining
• Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets
• Work closely with the HR and operations team to close positions quickly

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong convincing and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong follow-up and candidate management skills

Eligibility

• Freshers or candidates with 0–2 year recruitment experience
• Graduate or pursuing graduation
• Immediate joiners preferred
