Job Responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for multiple roles Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate fit Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases Build strong relationships with candidates

Ensure timely closures of open positions

Requirements

Good communication & interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
